Domestic shipping: Shipping charges indicated on the site are based on insured
UPS or DHL ground delivery (requiring a signature) within
the united states with an estimated arrival time of 3-5 business days.
If you require faster delivery or special handling, please indicate it
in the special request box which is located below the credit card information
on your checkout page. International shipping: On average an overseas shipment of one pair of shoes using the postal service has been costing between $35 and $40 us dollars. It usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery to (non-remote areas). The cost per pair is reduced drastically for combining more than one pair (for example: three pairs would be between $50 and $60 us dollars.If you require international shipping, please place your order providing us as much information as possible with regards to the delivery address. | CVV, or Card Verification Value, is a number that is printed, not imprinted, on your Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. This number is never transferred during card swipes and should only be known by the cardholder, the person holding the card in their hand. |

All of our items run true to size if you have a narrow to regular (if there is such a thing) foot, then just take the equivalent american size for example a 6 would be 36, an 8 would 38, a 9.5 would be 39.5 a 10 would be 40 and so on. If you have a "full" foot the rough equivalent of size 37 would be 6.75, a 39 would 8.75 and a 41 would be 10.75, or an american 7 would be 37.5, an 8 would be 38.5 and so on. If you are looking at boots, it would be worth your while to always purchase a half size larger than your size in shoes. Every so often to make things hard, the designer will come up with a style that runs smaller than usual, or larger than usual, we will try to post that information on the description when we know about it.
